In the Afternoon, Explore the famous stelae (obelisks) that date back to the 4th century AD including impressive archeological museum. The largest obelisk, standing at 24 meters, is an iconic symbol of Axum's ancient civilization.

This day you will drive 60 km east of Axum through a historic Adwa mountains. On the way you will experience stone wall tigrian houses and enjoy the magic landscape.
Yeha temple and archeological sites are thought to have been the pre-aksumite capital of Ethiopia, and the Yeha Temple dates to this period, particularly 700 BC during the reign of D’mt. The temple was built in honor of the moon god Almouqah in the Sabean style, which was common across sub-Saharan Africa. Accommodation at: Hotel.
Discovering the hidden treasure of Lake Tana,
Take a half day boat trip on Lake Tana to visit a selection of the monasteries hidden on the islands and shores of this sacred lake. Visit the Zege Penninsula and the monasteries and the outlet of the Blue Nile River. Accommodation at: Hotel.
Visit the Blue Nile fall. The Blue Nile Falls is a waterfall on the Blue Nile river in Ethiopia. It is known as Tis Abay in Amharic, meaning “great smoke”. Accommodation at: Hotel.
After briefly settling in your hotel, explore the sites of Gondar, including a visit to the Royal Enclosure, with six castles and several other buildings. Additionally, visit Fasilidas’s Pool, still used for Timket celebrations, and the Debre Birhan Selassie church, with the most famous ceiling painting in Ethiopia. Accommodation at: Hotel
After an early breakfast, drive to Simien National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and an incredibly picturesque mountain range, called the Roof of the Continent. Breathtaking views and dozens of gelada monkeys. The animals are not aggressive, and they allow you to get close to them and take pictures. In the afternoon, we will drive back to Gondar. In the Afternoon , start your tour of the rock-hewn churches of Lalibela, visiting the Northwestern Cluster of churches - Bet Medhane Alem, Bet Maryam, Bet Meskel, Bet Danaghel, Bet Mikael & Bet Golgotha (entry not permitted for women). Accommodation at: Hotel.
In the morning , continue with the Southeastern Cluster of churches – Bet Gabriel-Rufael, Bet Merkorios, Bet Amanual, and Bet Abba Libanos. Finally, you will visit the most famous of all the churches – Bet Giyorgis, constructed in honor of the patron saint of Ethiopia – Saint George. Accommodation at: Hotel.
Up on arrival, we will have a couple of hours of free hours, if you have any personal interest, like shopping, art Galleries, etc.. Our driver and guide will assist you. Before you departure, you will have a Farewell dinner in an Ethiopian traditional restaurant. Also, we will enjoy some traditional music. Finally, transfer out to the airport.
